BEST EXERCISE FOR BACK

1.WIDE GRIP LAT PULLDOWN

This exercise is mainly for your Lats(wings). While doing this exercise make sure you contract your muscle while coming downwards and while going upwards you have to stretch and you should have a proper posture while doing this exercise.

2.BARBELL ROWS

This exercise is mainly for your middle-back. Most people don’t do this exercise because it puts pressure on your lower back and creates a lot of pain. This is a little advance exercise and it might be difficult for those who don’t have a stronger lower back. So if you cannot do this exercise then you can also do dumble rows instead of this exercise. Make sure you have your back straight while doing this exercise.

3.BARBELL SHRUGS

It is one of the best exercises for your upper back. Your arms should be straight. And you should only use your shoulder to lift the weight. If you will use your arms to lift the weight then you will not be able to build the upper back muscle.

4.HYPER EXTENSION

This exercise is for your lower back. This exercise is done on hyperextension bench. In this exercise. You have to keep your back straight and you have to come all the way up at 180 degrees and go all the way down at 90 degrees.
