EXERCISE TO BUILD BODY AT HOME

A lot of people ask that what if I don’t have a gym or I don’t have the money to go to the gym. A lot of teenagers also say that our parents don’t allow us to go to the gym. Most adults also say that we don’t have time for the gym, so can we built muscle at home. Well, the answer is “YES” you can build muscle at home through this simple exercise.

EXERCISE TO BUILD BODY AT HOME

1.PUSH-UPS

The first exercise which you can do is 5 sets of 25-30 reps of Push-Up. Remember you have to do this slow and in a controlled way. You have to slowly go down and slowly come up. And take 15-20 seconds break after every set of Push-Up.

2.SQUATS

The second exercise is 5 sets of 25-30 reps of squats, you have to do this exercise really slow. Remember the slower you go the tougher it’s gonna be. Your back should be straight and your legs should be equally open according to your shoulder.

3.PLANK

In this exercise, you have to do 5 sets of 30 seconds hold. This exercise is for your abdominal. You have to hold for 30 seconds and take a break of 15 seconds. Your body posture should be correct, your hips and your back should be straight.

4. LEG RAISES

In this exercise, you have to do 5 sets of 20 each. You have to lie on the ground lift your legs and then slowly lower your legs, make sure your legs and back are straight.
